1:1 Coaching Session:

4 x 30 minute 1:1 coaching sessions to help you refine, implement and successfully embed your accelerator actions and understand next steps to take you on your specific high-performance journey.

Session Focuses Include:

Online survey and discussion to understand current effectiveness in each specific area, identify gaps, needs and opportunities
Review of activity outcomes – feedback, coaching and guidance to refine and optimise
Review of progress, what is working, what isn’t working and any challenges in implementation
Creation of a suggested roadmap for recommended next steps to ensure continued success and effective execution

Leadership Presentation:

1 hour presentation to key business leaders to help educate them on the specific accelerator support capability building, create alignment amongst the team and engage them in supporting and cascading the accelerator outcomes through the business.
