Trudy and her team were extremely useful (and adaptable!) in tailoring and conducting a web-based workshop to suit our regional location. Our health-related business is only a couple of years old and small-scale, yet the clarification of mission, vision and values felt good and has renewed our sense of purpose. This will underpin the additional content we covered which was focused on 'greatness' and how to incorporate those attributes into further developing a great team.

Thanks Trudy! I was fortunate to see Trudy speak on Creating A Culture Of Accountability. I was left feeling proud of the team and what we together where achieving, however I new from what Trudy presented we all could be doing better. Trudy will make you think differently. Challenge you and your team to go from good to great. Trudy spent a day with the leadership team. Her professionalism, preparation, guidance and follow-up was second to none. Trudy clearly outlined how we could go to the next level and beyond, putting a framework in place which allowed the team to clearly navigate a more specific and robust MEASURABLE business plan. It was fun, engaging and defined our direction for the coming years. Don't hesitate utilizing Trudy's experience and passion to empower your leaders to become great as individuals and maximize each others strengths in your business creating a culture of accountability.
